I was really lucky to have Jenny. She made it really easy because she would listen and made me feel comfortable

Relaxed but after a day it was the same before I started.

I think it wasn’t till the very end. Mum says since 1st January she can see a real difference. I feel happy and I don’t get so angry anymore. I’m willing to do more things too.
What specific tools, lessons techniques has it taught you that have helped control your mental health and emotional wellbeing?
I need to take a good deep breath and just tell myself its ok and not to get angry. It usually works.
What would you say to anyone suffering from what you suffered?
I think they should give it a go.

It may not work for everyone but I think it may just have worked for me.
