We aim to relieve your insomnia by naturally changing the way your brain behaves.

We are driven by results. Throughout our 14-session Emotional Empowerment Program (or more for long-term, complex mental illness) we track and measure your progress so that you know exactly how much you have improved. At the beginning of sessions 4, 7, 10, and 14, you’ll receive a report detailing the percentage of improvement you have achieved since enrolling. With our progress monitoring, you can stay on track toward successful emotional empowerment.

We know how long it will take to get to that special place where you feel empowered to live a more inspired life. Our set improvement benchmarks ensure you get the results you need on a planned timeline. We aim to help you to achieve between 30-40% improvement by the beginning of session 4 — if you stay on track throughout your program, we aim to achieve between 70-85% improvement by the beginning of session 14 (results may vary).   • On your first visit you’ll notice our spa is calm and welcoming so you’ll be able to relax from the moment you step inside the tranquil, safe and private space we have created.
  • Your one-on-one session is held in a private room with a facilitator. It is not required to discuss anything about your past that you don’t want to as this is not necessary for us.
  • The facilitator will explain exactly what our approach is, and how it could work to help remove painful negative emotions, thinking patterns and behaviours, and replace them with new, positive and empowering ones.
  • You will then be ready for your first session where you simply sit back, relax, put on your headphones and listen to relaxing music specially designed to calm you.
