We begin your journey towards emotional empowerment by helping you to strengthen your foundations. By doing so, you may be able to better cope with the conditions of your current reality, without feeling distressed or overwhelmed by daily challenges and problems. Your natural emotional reality may begin to shift from suffering to inner-peace, and you may experience more control over your thoughts, feelings and emotions.
Like any journey worth completing, there may be times in this initial session where you could feel uncomfortable or challenged as you let go of past, ineffective, habitual ways of thinking. The reward of a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life could be possible if you are willing to allow our Brain Wellness Spa facilitator to help guide you past any initial resistance.
Our Emotional Empowerment Program is on average 12 - 16 sessions.
In session two, we aim to investigate and break down your deeply ingrained fears and anxieties, and other instinctive negative attitudes that stop you from getting the most out of life.
In order to break free from negative, instinctual responses, it is crucial that we address and control our genetic fears, so they work for us, instead of creating unnecessary internal distress.
Being able to positively embrace change creates resilience, and is a core building block for good mental health. It also helps support your new emotional reality that is now ready and willing to allow happiness and joy to fill your life.
The problem with living with a stubborn attitude is that it holds onto misery and negative biases, which then shape our personality in negative and unproductive ways. Therefore the key to becoming mentally strong and healthy is improving your mind’s flexibility so it can more easily accept, and deal with any obstacles or current life circumstances in a more positive and productive manner.
By the end of session three your mind’s flexibility may be greatly improved, providing the space to accept and embrace the constant and unpredictable changes that life can throw at us.
Negative bias disrupts us during moments of happiness and can often take the joy and excitement out of positive experiences.
If not addressed, we can become pessimistic, hopeless and begin to suffer from more serious mental health issues. So, in session four, we help address all your negative biases and may direct you towards a naturally positive and abundant outlook on life.
The beliefs we have adopted from childhood experiences have a major impact on our decision-making and behaviour as an adult.
Some children have a healthy and positive experience in their school and home life, whereas a large percentage of children grow up experiencing a lot of stress and fear. It is these negative childhood experiences that can, unfortunately, shape our view of the world as an adult and make us believe we are not good enough or not worthy.
Values, on the other hand, help you to create a healthy and happy life. Our values are mostly inherited and, unlike beliefs that are connected to our thoughts, values are connected to our choices. If people make poor choices in regard to relationships, work, money, health or love, then their value system is not supporting them or not aligned with the life that they desire.
In session five, we aim to help you to remove limiting beliefs and realign your values, so that the instinctive and often unconscious choices you make as an adult consistently lead you towards health, happiness and success in all areas of your life.
Stories about healthy and positive events are fun and exciting, but the challenge with people who suffer from mental illness is that most of the stories they create are negative, fearful and depressing. People who are suffering from mental health challenges will fuel stories that can be damaging and harmful to an individual’s mental health.
By the end of session six, you may begin to create stories that are positive and happy, and not attached to the emotional drama of life’s circumstances.
In session seven, we aim to remove limiting beliefs from childhood and align our values with our life’s purpose. In session seven, we aim to help you let go of insecurities that were also adopted from childhood, which may allow you to feel stronger, more confident and better able to deal with adult challenges and problems.
As adults, most of us are unaware that childhood experiences are the triggering factors that cause us to feel fearful, vulnerable and unsafe. For people suffering from mental health challenges, the negative effects are only intensified.
Dealing with childhood insecurities and replacing them with feelings of security, strength and confidence, may allow you to feel more free to live the life that you desire.
How you perceive your external reality directly affects your mood each and every day. Beliefs surrounding a situation can trigger emotional reactions, leaving you feeling depressed, unhappy, moody, anxious, fearful, sad, miserable, angry and frustrated. These feelings about that specific situation can then broaden to other unrelated areas of your life and make you feel that life is simply not worth the effort and pain.
Left untreated, these negative perceptions will continue to erode your confidence and self-esteem, and intensify feelings of vulnerability and inadequacy.
In session eight, we aim to help install a positive filter which could fill your life with happiness and vibrancy.
In session nine, we aim to address your default patterns of behaviour. Problems start at the time you are conceived and can manifest into mental health problems, based on the environmental and emotional stresses you are subjected to.
We aim to stop you from accessing negative memories, this may allow you to break the cycle of ineffective, negative and self-sabotaging behaviour.
Session 10 addresses mental illness and money stress. Since the birth of mankind, our brains have constantly endured stress, fear and tension.
Money stress creates the same emotional responses in the brain as when someone is threatening your life. These stress triggers cause money depression, money fears, money worry and money anxiety. This is why money stress can be a major contributing factor to mental illness.
In session 10, we aim to help you break free from genetic mental illness. This may lead to a more abundant mindset, which could generate more creativity and confidence to manage money.
Emotions are the most difficult area to treat because they dominate all aspects of thoughts, feelings, beliefs, perceptions and sensations.
To break free from negative emotional patterns, you first have to identify and isolate all the ineffective emotional patterns of behaviour, without blocking the effective ones. People who struggle with their mental health are controlled by unhealthy and sabotaging emotional patterns of behaviour, which create anger, mood swings, depression, irrational thinking, jealousy, emotionally reactions, misery, suffering, hate and pity.
In session 11, we work with you to help re-balance all emotions. This may allow you to maintain a calmer and more peaceful outlook on life and improve relationships with those around you.
Your final session in the Emotional Empowerment Program focuses on developing your emotional intelligence.

Your heart is sometimes referred to as your second brain because it stores up to 50% of your genetic memory and has several types of neurons, neurotransmitters, proteins and support cells, like those found in the brain. So to become a master of yourself, you must address all of your hearts feelings and memories first.
In session five we address all of the stored emotional pain, rejection and suffering that causes your heart to put up barriers, which create mental blockages and emotional sensitivities. As we rebalance you hearts feelings from dread to inspiration and remove these blockages, your past fears will no longer hold you back and you will realise you can go far beyond your current abilities and limiting beliefs to become a true master of your life.
In your first Unstoppable You session, we focus on developing the strength and resilience of your mind and brain, to lay the foundation for your unstoppable future. We begin by identifying the root causes of the fears, doubts and insecurities that have previously stood between you and the achievement of your most important life goals, often since early childhood.
Once we begin to overcome and remove these long-held fears and doubts, you will possess the inner clarity, courage and confidence to know what you need to do next to achieve your goals, and have the inner-strength to get it done, no matter what obstacles arise.
In session three, you will develop unshakable confidence and become more adaptable and flexible in the face of change. At this stage of the program we work on improving your personality and mindset, so you embrace each day and each challenge with a sense of courage and enthusiasm that drives you to get the job done.
As your confidence grows, so does your optimism and your belief that you will achieve your end goal, no matter what. You will naturally begin to work within your peak performance zone more often and have the willpower and determination to continually strive towards success, without becoming drained, stressed or burnt out by daily challenges.
Our emotions govern the way we respond to challenges in every area of our life, which is why, in session two, we help you to master and control your emotions much more effectively. The ability to control your emotions is a defining trait among successful people and will allow you to evaluate situations and make decisions with a clear and level head, instead of reacting based on irrational emotions.
How you are emotionally wired is based on your genetic blueprint. Your blueprint determines the way you filter the world around you and your filters are closely linked to your feelings and thoughts. So, by working deep into the unconscious patterning you have inherited from up to seven generations ago, we help you to break free from those reactive behaviours that sabotage your feelings.
Once you have mastered your emotions, you will find it is much easier to stay focused on, and motivated towards, your goals.
In session four, we focus on developing your character and identity, so they are aligned with the person you want to be and the life you want to live.
Your character is a combination of traits that you have inherited from your mother and father. For some, this is a blessing, but for others, it can often be what is holding them back and sabotaging their relationships, finances, happiness and health. During this session we block these ineffective traits from obstructing your advancement and develop your authentic, values-based traits that are integral to your future professional and personal success.
As your character and identity blossom, you will feel truly worthy of the wealth, success, love and happiness you desire. You will begin to attract these things into your life, free of internal struggles and self-sabotage. You will feel completely aligned with your true purpose and begin to positively impact your family and broader community in ways you never imagined.
The level of your emotional intelligence directly influences the quality of your personal and professional relationships. Your ability to feel safe and connect deeply with people, to start up a conversations and negotiate important meetings without fears of being judged, all comes from your emotional intelligence. It also allows you to welcome and adapt to change, to better understand your strengths and weaknesses, and let go of the need for perfectionism.
In session six we develop your emotional intelligence to naturally increase your empathy, kindness, compassion and sincerity towards others. As these traits develop, you will also find yourself becoming more positive, self motivated and solution oriented in all areas of your life.
Sabotaging patterns of behaviour are both inherited and learnt. When you were conceived and developing in the womb, your genetic blueprint created your emotional and psychological reality, and this reality then influenced your mind and personality.
In session seven we address any of the negative default patterns of thinking and behaviour that have sabotaged your health, finances, relationships, career or business. These sabotaging patterns are like thoughts, they come from nowhere and keep repeating themselves regardless of your effort to stop them. Often they are so automatic that they set you up for failure without conscious effort. So to become unstoppable, we help you to break free from all of your sabotaging patterns and clear your path to success.
The ego was designed to project significance within our personality and to make human beings feel worthy of all that life offers. It was also designed to create a hierarchy of those who are worthy, and to look down at those who are not worthy.
The ego is judgemental, critical and self-centred, creating thinking systems that will make decisions based on what serves the self, rather than caring about the greater good. Often the ego can lead us to make choices that fulfil an emotional need; like buying a car, house, holiday or clothes that we may not be able to afford, so we can impress people.
In session eight we work on controlling the ego to increase our sense of universal love and compassion to everyone, especially those less fortunate than ourselves. As you begin to control your ego, you will enjoy more fulfilling relationships, more opportunities, and sustainable personal and professional success.
For centuries people have endured, war, famine, torture, trauma, murder, financial struggle, insecurities, hardships, uncertainty, fears, stress, worries, anxiety and mental illnesses, just to name a few. All of these experiences are passed down from generation to generation and unknowingly we become a product of these inherited experiences. Our inherited experiences then create filters that govern how we perceive the external world and our environment. If your perception is negative, fearful, insecure or lacks confidence, your thinking will reflect this, so being motivated towards your dreams and goals will be difficult.
In session nine we remove these negative perceptions and unblock your path towards high achievement and unstoppable success. Your mind will enjoy more clarity and your thinking and decision making will be free from the influence of all inherited negative perceptions.
Your money blueprint is a mindset that is inherited from your parents and up to seven generations of genetic memory. If your mind has inherited a mentality of survival you’ll naturally default into money stress, money fear and money lack, which then triggers a negative spiral into feelings of hopelessness and fear of failure.
In session ten we address any negative conditioning or limiting beliefs about money, and replace them with beliefs of abundance and prosperity. You will feel worthy of the financial success and security you desire, and maintain the strong self belief required to endure and overcome setbacks on your road to financial prosperity and personal success.
Session eleven, 10 days after your have completed Unstoppable You, is designed to deeply integrate the Unstoppable You program into your everyday life, and set your unstoppable mind into action. We also identify and remove any residual negative thinking that has your inner critic telling you that you aren’t worthy of success, and ensure you are free from all past experiences of failure, so you possess the courage to take the calculated risks, that are necessary to grow a successful career or business.
We finish this session by gently reprogramming your brain so that your new thinking and behaviour – inspired by the Unstoppable You program – continues to integrate and bloom within the next 12 months.
