Meet Janice Foulkes-Taylor
Janice Foulkes-Taylor has a Bachelor of Social Work from Curtin University and has over 20 years of experience.
Janice is in a long term relationship. Together they have 6 children and 4 grandchildren.
Janice has worked in a range of organisations, in various roles, including PMH, SARC, Graylands, Child Development Centres, SIDS, country CAMHS and providing EAP to Pilbara Mining companies and other mines around WA, and establishing services in the city and country (including the Education Dept). She worked at Selby Child and Adolescent Clinic for 12 years and was Head of Service for the last 6 years in addition to providing counselling and therapy to children and families.
Janice has worked as a Private contractor for two Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) Organisations for over 10 years. Her work in EAP has largely consisted of counselling and supporting individuals and families with work related issues, including redundancy support, children, adolescents, families and couples relationship issues, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, sleep disorders, FIFO individuals and families both at mine sites and in Perth. She has provided work place training and Manager Assist support.
Janice has had Private Practice providing counselling, coaching and training. She has a wide range of interests and gained considerable knowledge and skills through completing and attending extensive training and education courses relating to Mental Health; The Law of Attraction Coaching Course (2014–2015) leadership training, organisational issues, group work, general work related issues, business, professional and personal development training.
Janice is now a fully trained neurotherapist
