Clients with Anxiety Report Noticeable Improvement After 1st Session

Anxiety is a normal and even necessary emotion. In fact, anxiety is what motivates us to study for an upcoming test, or why you might feel a little uneasy about swimming in the ocean after someone recently spotted a shark. It is one of the body’s natural alarm systems and can help protect you from danger.

Anxiety can also become a problem, however, when it is excessive and difficult to control.1 In other words, the body’s alarm system goes off in situations where there is very little risk of actual danger. This excessive and persistent anxiety can continue to worsen until it begins to cause problems in day-to-day life. Common symptoms of excessive anxiety include:

  • Feeling restless, keyed up, or on edge
  • Easily fatigued
  • Trouble concentrating or racing thoughts
  • Irritability
  • Muscle tension
  • Difficulty falling or staying asleep

Our proprietary QNR method can help clients better manage their symptoms of excessive anxiety by specifically targeting the associated triggers and symptoms, such as:

Physical

Panic attacks, hot and cold flushes, racing heart, tight chest, quick breathing and sleeplessness

Psychological

Crippling fear, chronic daily stress, inability to cope with daily life, low self-esteem, worrying what others think, always thinking the worst and negative internal chatter

Behavioural

Avoidance of situations that make you feel anxious in your day-to-day life at work, at home, amongst the general public and in social situations

Even clients who have had difficulty controlling their anxiety for years, despite having tried medication, as well as, counselors and therapists in the past, have reported improved feelings of wellbeing and being better able to manage their anxiety at the end of their very first QNR session with Brain Wellness Spa. More lasting feelings of improvement can be experienced through our Emotional Empowerment Program for Anxiety.

After years and years of suffering anxiety and stressing over the tiniest thing, after just one session at the Brain Wellness Spa, a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders, both physically and mentally. The following weeks just made things better and better. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to deal with issues without actually talking about them.
